This Privacy Policy describes how Dive Into Digital Ltd ("we," "us," or "our"), a freelance marketing consultancy, handles information in connection with the tools and applications we use and build, including applications that connect to Google APIs (such as Google Analytics).

Who this applies to

This policy covers any application, script, or integration operated under our Google Cloud projects for the purpose of providing marketing consulting and reporting services to our clients, including our own internal reporting.

What information is accessed

Where an application we operate requests access to Google services (for example, Google Analytics via OAuth), it accesses only the data necessary to provide the requested service, which may include:

• Read-only Google Analytics account, property, and reporting data (e.g. traffic, engagement, and conversion metrics)

We do not request or access any data beyond what is required for the specific reporting or analysis task at hand.

How information is used

Data accessed through Google APIs is used solely to:

• Generate marketing performance reports and dashboards
• Analyze website and campaign performance on behalf of ourselves or our clients
• Support internal business decision-making related to marketing strategy

We do not use this data for advertising purposes, and we do not use it to build user profiles unrelated to the reporting task.

How information is shared

We do not sell, rent, or share data obtained through Google APIs with third parties, except:

• With the specific client the data belongs to, where applicable
• Where required by law

Data storage and security

Data accessed through Google APIs is used for reporting purposes and is not retained longer than necessary to complete the relevant task. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect any data that is temporarily stored or processed.

Compliance with Google API Services User Data Policy

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
